This recipe was sent to me from a relative of mine and it sounded so good I just had to share.Dip assorted raw vegetables, baked pita chips, dry bread stix or bagel chips. You can even make your own bagel chips by just shaving pieces off a soft bagel and shaking on some type seasoning before slow baking in the oven until they are crispy. Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) white kidney or cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 Tbl cider vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp, Morton lite salt mixture
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbl minced fresh parsley
Directions
1. In a food processor, combine the beans, vinegar, garlic, salt and cumin; cover
and process until almost smooth.
2. Add mayonnaise and parsley; cover and
process just until blended.
3. Serve with chips or vegetables (not included in nutritional information)
