IntroductionMakes a nice soup for family, filling but light. Makes a nice soup for family, filling but light.
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Carrots, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)
Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)
Zucchini, 2 cup, diced (remove)
Rutabagas, 1 cup, sm cubes (remove)
Garlic, 2 cloves, chopped or pressed (remove)
Chicken Broth, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Seasoning = 1 to 1 of poultry seasoning and Cajun seasoning
Chicken Breast, chopped, 16 ounces (remove)
*Orzo, Barilla, cooked, *8 oz cooked pre-cooked(remove)
Add broth and chicken, cook for 20 minutes.
Cook orzo separately, drain, add 3 - 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped roma tomatoes and basil leaf. Serve.
