Tofu Chili

Ingredients

    One 14 - oz can Stewed Tomatoes
    2 cups MIxed Beans
    1.5 cups Kidney Beans
    4 tbsp Tomato Paste
    1 Container Extra Firm Tofu
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1tsp chili powder

Directions

1. Freeze Tofu
2. Thaw, and press out excess water
3. Marinate tofu overnight in all ingredients, save the beans.
4. Mix beans with marinade and serve.
