1.5 cup dry rice
1.5 cup chicken broth
1.5 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
6 svgs chicken
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
In a separate bowl, whisk flour and milk.
When broth & milk mixture boils, add flour and milk mixture to it; remove pot from heat.
Allow mixture to cool.
Spray a crockpot with cooking spray, and pour rice and seasonings into base of pot. Layer ontions and any other optional veggies on top of rice.
Top rice with 3/4 of the sauce mixture. Place chicken in, and top with remaining sauce.
Cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
