Grandma's Noodles(Tallarines de abuela)

Ingredients

    1 1/4 lb egg noodles(1 1/4 lb tallarines)
    2 eggs (2 huevos)
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated(1/2 taza queso parmesano rallado)
    1 1/4 cup sausage and bacon minced(1 1/4 taza salchicha y tocineta, desmenuzado)
    1 lemon juiced(jugo de 1 limon)
    1/2 cup almonds ground(1/2 taza de almendras machacadas)

Directions

1) In a saucepan with water boiling with salt, put noodles to cook for 13 minutes. Wash in cold water, drain and put aside.(En una cacerola de agua hirviendo con sal, ponga los tallarines a cocinar por 13 minutos.Lave en agua fria, escurra y ponga a un lado.)
