Introduction

this is a really filling meal for under 200 calories! this is a really filling meal for under 200 calories!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb of 99% fat free ground turkey
    1 tbs of minced garlic
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 large green peppers, copped
    1 can of tomato soup
    2 cans of fire roasted tomatoes, diced
    1 cup of black beans
    2 packets of chili seasoning
    crushed red pepper flakes to taste

Directions

spray a large pot with pam, brown turkey, add garlic, onions and peppers. cook for about 5 mins until onions and peppers start to soften. next add the soup and the tomatos. reduce heat and simmer for about and hour. last add the beans and the chili seasoning and let it cook another 15 mins. makes 8 1 cup servings.
