Simple potatoes(papas sencillas)

Ingredients

    6 new potatoes, peeled and diced(6 papas nuevas peladas y picadas)
    1 garlic clove(1 diente de ajo0
    2 tbsp coriander, chopped(2 cdas de cilantrillo picadito)
    salt(sal)
    Pepper(pimienta)
    3 tbsp parmesan cheese(3 cdas queso parmesano)
    3 tbsp butter(3 cdas mantequilla)

Directions

1) In a fry pan, melt butter.Add garlic, potatoes and fry till golden brown. Add coriander and season with sal and pepper.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
(En un sarten, derrita la mantequilla.Agregue el ajo, papas y fria hasta que se dore.Agregue el cilantrillo y sazone con sal y pimienta.Polvoree con queso parmesano.)
