Introduction

With these pancakes you can make up the dry mix (I ususally double it) and keep it in the fridge and make it up only when needed. Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour (or whole wheat flour)
    1/2 cup buttermilk powder
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed
    1 tbsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda

    To use your dry mix:
    1)Measure the desired # of cups of dry mix in a bowl
    2) add 1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 egg for each cup of mix
    3) add 1 1/2 tbsp canola oil for each cup of mix
    4)add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract for each cup of mix
    5) add 2/3 cup of water for each cup of mix (add a little more if you like the batter a little thinner)
