Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pkg. Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide Noodles
    1 lb. chicken breast, no skin - cut into strips.
    1 large yellow pepper, sliced into thin strips
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 T. chopped basil
    1 T. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 T. shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions and set aside. Heat the oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Saute the onion, garlic and pepper until onions are translucent. Add chicken, turning until almost done. Add basil, parsley and half the salt. When chicken is cooked through, fold in cooked pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the rest of the salt and serve.
