This serves 6. and my family just loves it. Even picky children! This serves 6. and my family just loves it. Even picky children!
Number of Servings: 6


    3 large green bell peppers in half
    1 can Northern beans
    1lb sweet Italian pork sausage
    1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    Parmesan cheese


1.Clean and cut bell peppers in half and lay in baking dish.
2.Put in oven at 350 to soften for 20 minutes.
3. In skillet brown sausage and when completely cooked add beans.
4. When beans are heated add spaghetti sauce and cook for 15mins.
5. Remove peppers from oven and put mixture in the centers.
6. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top
7. Cover with foil and place back in oven for 25 minutes or until pepper is fully cooked.
