Introduction

This Seasoning is something that I use a lot.I love the aroma it gives my preparations.My proportion is different from the widely used one which uses far less Cumin Seeds.I need to use far less than the other proportion for a more fragrant and aromatic dish!!! Ingredients

    150gms.Coriander Seeds
    100gms.Cumin Seeds

Directions

Dry roast each Ingredient on a griddle till crisp but not brown.The flame should be low so as not to discolour the Seeds.When cool grind together to a slightly coarse Powder.Store on shelf in dry air-tight jar.Keeps for 6 months if not all used up by then.
