Ingredients

    * *Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    * Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    * Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * water
    * oregano

Directions

in pan heat the oil, add the onion, mushrooms and carrots , oregano and 1 cup of water. boil for 10 min. add the brown rice and 4 cups of water. boil and add more water if needed. add salt-free seasoning if you want.
