2/3 c sushi rice
1 1/4 lbs extra lean ground turkey
1 egg white
1 TBSP Sherry
3 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 scallion chopped
1tsp grated fresh ginger
Mix all other ingredients and form meatballs. Wet hands make this process easier. Roll meatballs in soaked rice. Place well spaced in a steamer basket sprayed with cooking spray. Steam meatballs 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with a stirfry of vegetables.
