Coffee Cake

Introduction

A recipe from my friend Rowena A recipe from my friend Rowena
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Dry ingredients:
    3 c flour
    1 c white sugar
    .75 c brown sugar
    1 dash salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    .5tsp cinnamon
    1 c margarine

    wet ingredients
    1 c milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/8th baking soda

Directions

mix the dry ingredients well, crumble with margarine. Set aside 1 cup.
Mix wet ingredients separately, pour onto dry ingredients mix, but do not beat.
Pour into 2 round 12' greased baking pans. Sprinkle the cup of crumble on top.

Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350*F

Makes 24 servings (each cake 12 servings)
