Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, 5 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Chicken Leg, 5 leg, bone and skin removed (remove)
    *Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables, 4 cup (remove)
    *Westpac French Cut Green Beans, frozen, 2 cup (remove)
    Beans, pinto, 2 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Parsley, .25 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 cup (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)


Directions

cook chicken in water. remove skin, bones then remove fat from broth. once fat is removed from broth sautee onion, celery & garlic in some of chicken broth (or 1 tbsp olive oil). season broth with salt & pepper and add chicken .
add frozen vegetables.
once chicken has cooked and vegetables have been added let simmer for approximately 1 hr or until desired flavor has been reached.
