Frozen Fruit/Yogurt Smoothie

Introduction

You can use whatever frozen fruit you have in the freezer. You can use whatever frozen fruit you have in the freezer.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 oz Activia Light Yogurt
    6 oz OJ
    1 cup frozen berries (or whatever frozen fruit you have.

Directions

Put all ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender and MIX.

I have a Shake -n- Take smoothie maker that I love. I just whip it up right before i leave the house in the morning and I've been able to cut out my morning "commute coffee", and get dairy, fiber and fruit in my breakfast!!
