Corn Chowder

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 large potato, peeled and chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 cup water
    1 - 14 oz can creamed corn
    1 cup milk
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Place potato, onion, & water in saucepan, bring to boil.
2. Cover and let simmer until soft.
3. Add creamed corn and milk, return to boil.
4. Season to taste.

Makes 3 servings.
