Chicken Breast, no skin, cubed, 0.5 Onions, raw, chopped, 0.5 cup, chopped Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 2 tbsp Flour, white, 0.25 cup Water, tap, 2 cup Mushrooms, canned, 0.5 cup Milk, canned, evaporated, 0.25 cup Chicken Boullion cubes, 3
Cook chicken and onion in blue bonnet, until no more pink meat, and onion are soft. Add flour and stir. Gradually add water, and stir til smooth. Add mushrooms, milk, and boullions cubes. Bring to boil, let simmer for 10min. Serve over Spaetzle.
