Introduction

I have a hard time eating enough veggies, so this was a tasty alternative...and the kids like it! I have a hard time eating enough veggies, so this was a tasty alternative...and the kids like it!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2-3 cups fresh baby spinach
    1 cup OJ
    1 banana, sliced
    1 cup strawberries, frozen or fresh

Directions

Blend all ingredients together til smooth, serve.

2 8oz glasses, or have it all yourself as a meal substitute...I suppose you could add protein powder if using as a meal substitute!?
