Baked Pineapple

Great with ham or ham loaf.

Ingredients

    1/2 C. Butter
    8 Eggs - slightly beaten (don't have to be large)
    2 cans (18 oz.) Crushed Pineapple (packed in own juice)
    10 slices White Bread cubes (crust removed)
    1 C. Splenda
    Cinnamon

Directions

I melt the butter, whisk eggs, cube bread, and mix all ingredients. Spray 9 x 12 dish and pour mixture into it. Sprinkle cinnamon over top.

Bake 1 hour at 350 F. (Lower for glass)
