This is a great meal for lunches. It is really easy to make and very low calories. You can also alter the recipe so it is more to your liking. I occassionally add tomatoes or pickles. Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 serving
    *Healthy Choice Honey Roasted Sliced Turkey Breast (4 slices), 1 serving
    Spinach, fresh, .25 cup
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .25 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet

Directions

Add the mustard, turkey, and spinach to the tortilla.

Chop the onion and add it in.

Add the cheese and then roll the tortilla into a burrito shape. You may want to cut it in half so its easier to eat.
