Chicken & Vegs soup

Ingredients

    three (3) chicken breast, no skin
    Barilla Plus Rotini, one box (12 OZ)
    Carrots, raw 4 cups
    Onion raw, 2 cups
    Zucchini squash, 3 cups
    Green Peppers, i cup chopped
    One pack of frozen whole kernel corn (16 oz)
    Extra virgin olive oil, 8 tbs
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper black, 1 tbsp
    Basil, 4 tbsp
    Parsley, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder 1 tbsp

Directions

Boil chicken breast in water required per Rotini cooking instructions. While chicken is cooking cut up onion, carrots, zucchini, bell pepper. When chicken is cooked remove from pan and allow to cool. In seperate pan add oil, vegs, and spices and cook medium heat. In chicken stock add rotini and cook per box instructions. Cut chicken breast into small pieces. When rotini is cooked added corn chicken and vegs back to orginal pot.
