Ingredients

    Dried Apples(manzanas secas)
    Dried Prunes(ciruelas secas)
    Dried Fig(higos secos)
    Dried Apricots(albaricoques secos)
    Dried Peaches(melocotones secos)
    Raisins(pasas)
    1 cup Sherry(1 taza de jerez)
    1 cup Amaretto(l taza Amaretto)
    1 tbsp gelatin no flavor(l cda gelatina sin sabor)
    1 cup sugar(1 taza azucar)
    1 cup water(1 taza agua)
    2 egg whites(2 claras de huevo)
    1 cup cream(1 taza de crema)
    1 tsp vanilla(1 cdta vainilla)
    Cherries(cerezas)
    Whipped Cream(Crema batida)

Directions

1- In a bowl, put all dried fruits and pour the sherry and the Amaretto and leave it for 3 hours.

2-Drain fruits and keep the liquors aside.

3-Put the gelatin in half of water.Once dissolve, heat it and add the remaining water and half of sugar.Cook til it begins to boil.

4-In another bowl, beat egg whites to meringue peak and add the gelatin and sugar while beating.
