1 can (240g net) Chickpeas or Grabanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
1 Large Lime, juiced
1-2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter or Sun Butter
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Heaping Tablespoons Jalapeno Peppers, pickled
1-2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (Corriander)
1 Pinch Cumin
1 Pinch Red Pepper Flakes, up to 1 teaspoon
1 Pinch of Salt, Sea Salt preferrably
Makes about 3 cups - 1/4 cup per serving.
