Ingredients

    *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
    *Potato, raw, 4 small
    Bacon, .5 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m
    Garlic, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 5 large
    *McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 1.5 tsp

Directions

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Remove bacon slices, reserving grease. Crumble bacon and set aside.

Add potatoes to bacon grease and season with garlic salt, seasoned salt and black pepper.
Cook until potatoes are soft.

When potatoes are tender, add crumbled bacon. Pour eggs over potatoes and cook until firm.

Optional (not calcualated into calories): Spread with .5C cheese and cover with lid until melted.
