3 lbs. Flank steak 1 package of dry onion soup mix 5 teaspoons beef boullion or cubes salt, pepper & celery seed 2 packages of Reames Homestyle Frozen Egg Noodles
Cut up flank steak into bite size pieces. Put steak in a 8 qt. kettle. Add salt, pepper & celery seed. Add about 6 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add in boullion, Turn down and simmer about 1/2 hr. When meat is tender bring back to a boil and add in the noodles. Bring to a boil and cook until noodles are down to your likeness. Makes about 10 1 cup servings.
