1 c. Butter or Margarine, softened
2 c. Sugar
2 1/4 c. Flour
1/2 tesp. Bkg Soda
1/2 tesp. Salt
1 c. mashed, pureed bananas
1 c. Sour Cream
Add eggs, one at a time, mix well between each egg. Sift flour. soda and salt together. Add by thirds, alternately, with bananas and sour cream.
Mix well between each addition, add vanilla and mix well. Batter will be thick. Carefully spoon into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 60 - 80 min. Cake maybe frosted or dusted with pwd sugar.
