Introduction

Ingredients

    1 T olive oil
    1/2 c finely chopped onions
    1 lb fresh ground turkey
    1 15-1/4-oz can diced tomatoes
    1 6-oz can tomato paste
    2-1/4 c hot coffee
    1 c ketchup
    1 t salt
    1/2 t red pepper
    1 15-1/4 oz can dark red kidney beans

Directions

In saucepan heat the oil and saute onion. Add meat and cook till done. Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Add tomato paste, hot coffee, ketchup, seasonings to taste. Simmer for 30 mins. Rinse and drain beans, add to chili and heat thoroughly.

Serve topped with sour cream, cilantro, etc.
