Ibu's Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp Olive oil
    1 tbsp Onions, chopped
    1 cup Broccoli stems
    1/2 cup cabbage stems
    1 cube chicken stock (couldn't find it in the drop down menu)
    4 cups water

Directions

Heat oil in a stock pot and add in onions. Sauteed for about 3 mins then add in water. Bring to a boil then lower heat. Add in broccoli stem, cabbage stem and chicken stock. Simmer for about 5 mins or until vegetable stems are just tender.
