Sage Rubbed Pork Chops

Sage Rubbed Pork Chops

Introduction

These are delicious , low in calories, and so easy! These are delicious , low in calories, and so easy!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 tsp dried sage
    1 tsp ground, black pepper
    3 boneless/bone-in pork chops
    2 tbsp butter-substitute (margarine, "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, olive oil, etc.)
    1 cup water
    2 cubes beef bouillon

Directions

1. Combine the sage and pepper in a bowl and rub on both sides of the pork chops.

2. Melt the butter-substitute over medium/high heat in a skillet and saute the pork chops for 5 minutes on each side or until browned.

3. Combine the water and beef bouillon and heat until the cubes have dissolved. Add o the pork chops and cover/simmer for 45 minutes.

4. ENJOY!
