Ingredients

    12 OZ CAN OF FROZEN ORANGE JUICE(THAWED) IF FROZEN HARDER TO MIX

    3 1/2 CUPS OF SPLENDA

    6 CUPS OF WATER

    6 MED BANANAS CHOPPED

    20 OZ CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE IN OWN JUICE(NOT SWEETENED)

    MIX AND FREEZE MAKES A GALLON. THE SERVING IS FOR ONE CUP.

    SET OUT OUT 1.5 HOURS BEFORE SERVING. ENJOY



Directions

DON'T DILUTE ORANGE JUICE . THAW IT IS EASIER TO MIX. MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND FREEZE. I PUT IN 2 HALF GALLON ICE CREAM PAILS. FREEZE THAW FOR ABOUT 1.5 HOURS BEFORE SERVING. THIS IS DELIOUS. YOU CAN ADD ANY KIND OF FRUIT BUT YOU WILL NEED TO CHANGE CALORIE COUNT . THIS MAKES 16 1 CUP SERVING. ENJOY
