Introduction

This is from the back of Kraft Minute Brown Rice box, only slightly modified. This is from the back of Kraft Minute Brown Rice box, only slightly modified.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Tbs olive oil
    1 Tbs minced garlic (3 cloves)
    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
    2 c. instant brown rice,uncooked
    4 c. broccoli cuts or florets frozen or fresh

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic & saute for about 1 min. Add chicken; cook and stir 5-7 min or until cooked through. Add water and teriyaki sauce. Stir. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 5 min. Remove from heat, let stand t mins. Fluff with fork.
