Introductionusing baking potato instead of white using baking potato instead of white
4 cups chopped potatoes with skin
6 teaspoons lite margarine
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup onion
salt and pepper to taste
once the potatoes are done, drain keeping the cooked onion in pan, add margarine, milk and salt and pepper to taste. mash to consitancy referance.
