6 ounces lean ground pork
1/3 cup minced onion
1/3 cup catsup
1/4 cup Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs-All Natural, whole wheat style (1/4 cup=20grams

1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
