Introduction

These little crab cakes are only about 40 calories a pop and they're delicious and filling. These little crab cakes are only about 40 calories a pop and they're delicious and filling.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Imitation Crab Meat (shred style) 1/2 bag
    1/8 c. Egg substitute
    2 tbsp. I can't believe it's not butter spray
    1/8 c.Bread crumbs
    Old Bay seasoning (few dashes)
    Red pepper flakes (to your spicy liking)
    Pepper
    Olive oil (1tbsp.) for cooking

Directions

Mix together all ingredients and pat together 4 patties. Heat pan on medium for just a minute and place patties in. Fry for about 2 1/2 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
