Ingredients

    1 lb sausage
    10 eggs
    1 pkg (5 rolls) cinnamon rolls
    1 c milk
    1 red bell pepper diced
    2 slices sourdough bread
    1 c shredded swiss cheese
    0.5 c shredded cheddar

Directions

makes 12 hearty pieces.

cook and drain sausage. Layer in baking dish: rolls, sourdough bread (cubed), sausage, cheese, red pepper. Top with milk/eggs beaten together. Let sit at least 15 minutes or overnight. Bake at 375 until done- depending on the size of your baking dish 30-45 minutes.
