Ingredients

1 small bananna
50 grams pumpkin
1 cup yoplait light vanilla yogurt
1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Freeze pumpkin in zip lock bag over night. Thaw for 1 minute when ready to prepare. Place all ingredients in blender. Pulse blend till smoothe.
