Ingredients

3 eggs
1 oz Skim Milk
1 oz cheddar cheese
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp Becel Olive Oil margerine
Directions
Saute mushrooms in Becel. Beat eggs and milk together, add to mushrooms. Cook until partially set. Add cheese and fold.
