Ingredients

1 Mango, peeled and diced
8 plum tomatoes, diced
1 cup diced cucumber
1 diced red pepper
.5 cup diced onion
1 or 2 Jalapeno peppers, diced
the juice of one lime
a handful of chopped cilantro
1 tsp. salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for a few hours to let the flavors combine.
