    Ohh this sounds sooo good.
I'm going to try it, but I'm going to cook it in those little aluminum meat pie dishes. This way I can freeze them and use them for a quick breakfast on busy mornings.
Thank You for a great idea for a nutritious breakfast. - 7/3/09

  • Great use for ham - I think I will add a little more egg the next time. May try adjusting by adding some peppers and onions just to give it a bit more bulk.

I baked this at 425 for about 20 minutes just to speed it up a bit!
