Baked tuna patties

Ingredients

    2 cans tuna (6 oz)
    4 tbsp miracle whip
    1 egg
    3 healthy life 98% fat free sandwich buns
    3 tbsp sugar free sweet relish
    1/3 cup grated carrots

Directions

toast buns and pulse in food processor to make breadcrumbs. Drain tuna and mix all ingredients. Use large scoop to spoon 6 patties onto baking sheet that has been prepared with non-stick spray.
Flatten mounds to form patties and bake @ 350. 10 mins each side. Makes 6 patties (2 per serving)
