'The Best' Broccoli

Ingredients

    250g broccoli (normal is fine; tenderstem or purple sprouting is better)
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 tbsp garlic olive oil
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 220 C / 425 F.

1. Cover a flat baking tray (cookie sheet) with kitchen foil.
2. Put the broccoli on the tray.
3. Drizzle with garlic oil.
4. Roast for about 20 minutes - until the broccoli is starting to brown on the tips.
5. Toss with lemon juice.
6. Top with parmesan.
7. Serve!

- Add some pine nuts
