Ingredients

    Potato Raw, 400 gram(s)
    Leeks, 400 grams
    Onions, raw, 400 grams
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Water, tap, 60 fl oz
    Knorr Vegetable Stock cube 1
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp

Directions

Wask and dice all the vegetables. Cover with the pepper and the water in a saucepan with a lid. Bring to the boil. Crumble in the stock cube. Cover and simmer briskly until the potatoes are fully cooked. The leeks and onions will take care of themselves. Blend with electric blender until creamy. Makes 1.3 litres enough for four good portions.
