Ingredients

    Atlantic Pollock (fish), 6 oz
    Atlantic Pollock (fish), 6 oz
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Dredge thawed fish in bread crumbs spray baking dish with cooking spray. Bake at 350 until fish flakes with a fork (about 15 min)

  • I made this with Tastefully Simple's bacon bacon and spinach & herb instead of garlic and onion powder... I sell it, so I figured i'd incorporate it... Was awesome! :) - 5/5/13
