Ingredients

    16 oz any white fish
    1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 cup non fat milk
    1 egg

Heat oven to 400

combine milk & eggs. dip each filet in milk mixture then sprinkle both sides with bread crumbs.

bake at 400 for 20 minutes
