Crockpot Chocolate Pudding Cake

Introduction

This is not really a diet recipe, but a family favorite handed down. You can substitue ingrediants as desired to lighten it up. I serve this typically with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, or whipped cream. This is not really a diet recipe, but a family favorite handed down. Ingredients

    1c. flour
    2 TBS cocoa
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 TBS vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 TBS baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 TBS vanilla
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. hot water

Directions

Spray the crockpot with non stick spray. Mix the cake ingrediants together: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, milk, oil and vanilla, til smooth. Add to the crockpot. Mix the sugar and cocoa. Add the hot water and mix til smooth. Pour over cake batter evenly. do not mix. cover and cook it on High 2-2 1/2 . Turn off the heat and let sit 30-40 min.
