Easter Oven Omelet, (appx 2x3" pc)

Ingredients

    1/4 cup margarine
    18 eggs
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup milk
    2 cups shredded cheese
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    2 cups chopped ham

Directions

In 325* oven, melt butter in 9x13 baking dish. In a large bowl, blend together eggs, sour cream, and milk. Stir in onions, ham, and cheese, then pour into baking dish.

Bake until eggs are set, but still moist (about 35 minutes). Cut into squares and serve hot.
