Introduction

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 1.5 cup, packed
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 24 tsp
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2.66 cup
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 8 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    *Cascadian Farm Oats & Honey Granola, 2 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1.33 cup

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Combine oil and brown sugar. Add eggs, pumpkin, and milk. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Put in mini muffin cups (about 2 tablespoons per muffin. I use a small ice cream scoop) . Srinkle with granola. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until they test done.
