Introduction

This is a quick and easy pizza that can be made from whatever ingredients you have on hand. Use your family's favorite meat or veggie toppings, or let each person top their own and pop them all into the oven at once. Ingredients

    1 tblsp cornmeal
    2 Flatout flatbreads
    1/2 cup prepared pasta sauce
    2 tblsp parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp oregano
    4 oz. ground beef
    1 tblsp olive oil
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 tomato, sliced
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
Coat skillet with olive oil, add onion, bell pepper, and ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned and onions are transparent.
Sprinkle cornmeal on a pizza stone and place flatbreads on top. Flatbreads may need to overlap or be trimmed to fit.
Spread pasta sauce on flatbread crust, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Top with sauteed beef and vegetables and sliced tomatoes. Cover with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and serve.
