Introduction

Plain and simple meatballs can be cooked by frying, baking or in sauce/soup. Plain and simple meatballs can be cooked by frying, baking or in sauce/soup.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    2 small eggs
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic finely chopped
    1/2 tbsp seasoning salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Roll into meatballs.
Cook by frying, or bake on a greased cookie sheet or drop into boiling broth or simmering sauce and cook until no longer pink in the middle. Cooking time will be roughly 30 minutes long, but may take more or less time depending on how you're cooking them.
Makes about 24, 1" diameter meatballs
